Jesus wept. You said you couldn't find any reference to the story in the link, I gave you instructions on how to find it. I'll leave you to find the names and addresses of the people the reporter spoke to in your own time.

I thought you meant: you just need to scroll through the text you pasted, which in hindsight doesn't make sense, and was an odd interpretation of what you said.
Also scrolled through the link however and it didn't come up. Seems to be buried under alot of new stories.

You don't just need to scroll. You need to know who the journalist is, who employs them, who they spoke to on the ground, and if other outlets corroborate the story yet.
