Solid plan. Another thing I wanted but couldn’t get done was having the dwarf wall brought forward to line up with the bottom of the velux.

I actually back having the dwarf wall further away from bottom edge of Velux. There’s still shitloads of space in the eaves for storage, the top of the Velux clears my head when I walk under it, and there’s more ‘wall’ space under the window.
