I found sonofstag a cross between mad house and a jumble sale didn't like, but rivet and hide very boutique like but through that excellent knowledge and as much time for you as you want, personally I fear I'd be out priced - their website has good organisation too... Think Soho maybe your best bet I forget the shops name

Where is a good place to go and actually try on some proper jeans?
I'd like something nicer than the Uniqlo offering but not obscenely priced.
I've tried Jeanstore but am struggling to find a nice fit when trying one pair of jeans on a week, I feel like I could be done in an hour if I just went somewhere that had a load of jeans in stock, displayed in a manner that made it obvious what the fit was. I don't really do a whole lot of fashion shopping so I don't know where's good for general clothes.
I quite liked the denim of the Naked & Famous ones I tried on but the Super guy were too tight at the top and the Weird Guy were too loose at the bottom so I mustn't be the shape for them!
