Gramm Tourpacking Diamond Bag and Allygn Front Rack

Posted on
  • Hello!

Quite possibly the best front bag / rack combo that I've ever used. Absolutely works of art, both the bag and the rack in terms of finish, design and practicality. Bungees, magnetic closure, perfect interface between the two, light mount on rack, pockets inside, clever folding lid, list goes on....

So why are you selling I hear you cry! Simply because I'm no longer using forks that can take a front rack, and that is unlikely to change in the future unfortunately so I'm going back to my Carradice. So, its going to be sitting in the shed gathering dust when it should be out and about.

Condition wise, they've been used, but still in very good condition. Few superficial marks here and there, but structurally both top notch.

    Details :

    Bag :

    • Gramm Tourpacking Diamond Bag in 'Marigold' colour.
    • Fixes perfectly to the rack (designed to be!) with two big strong velcro straps. Very easy and quick to on/off
    • The lid synches down with bungees and two magnetic clips to keep it closed (open and closable on the move)
    • 7.5 Litres of space inside, with two elasticated internal pockets, plus jackets etc easily on the bungees
    • Includes shoulder strap
    • Webbing along front to attach things
    • D loops either side, I've currently clipped on two reflectors
    • cable hole in the back for charging on the go etc
    • Handmade in Portugal I believe!

    Rack :

    • Lovely steel front rack, designed to take the above bag!
    • has a light mount on the side
    • has a mudguard mount, so you can keep it sturdy up front
    • has little zip tie guides for dynamo light cables
    • two struts included, see photo for length next to tape measure, with soft caps
    • three different length head crown mount bolts as required
    • I've wrapped the contact points with black electrical tape, which can be easily removed

Currently they're £175 each in the UK, or €399.

Thinking £275 inc postage. If you need any of the bolts / spacers let me know and I can pop in whats needed as long as I have it. Also happy to include the two reflectors on the side if interested, or if not, I'll keep them for myself.

  • £250 posted? Lovely bag and rack combo this!

  • Looks awesome

  • £225 crimbo last drop?

  • How tall is the bag above the rack near the bars?

  • It's about 20cm or so high on the rack. Space wise, on my bike it fitted neatly out of the way of the light etc. photo for ref.
