In that case I would recommend a cheap Zoom MS70CDR for all the other effects, she can just toggle through them to her heart's content. Mine only cost me AU$50, peanuts.
Worth it just for the reverse reverb and the (very nice!) univibe.
Continuing the Rat chat, I personally find them to be not very musical. But the whole world disagrees with me! 😋

thanks - I'm not going to get a multi-effect one as I don't think that will suit her - she will just want to plug and play. So maybe Rat or the Mudhoney. Thanks all
