Hulsroy modded bianchi pista 58x58

Moving this on, It's a lovely frame but a tad too big for me.

I have since cut down the steerer

Looking for £200, will include the chromoplastic mudguards, 1 1/8 shim, stem and headset, and diacomp long reach front brake (as well as the dynamo wheelset from the initial listing!)

The dynamo hub has a strange squeek when rolling at low speeds (was like this when purchased), I've not honestly tested whether it works.

Just to clarify - it's a set of bars, some tape, a brake lever and chain away from a working bike?
