Yes, that's a Carradice audax bag I think? Just a nylon thing. Nothing special really but has a waterproof membrane I believe. I love friction shifting, I'm a full convert! Will need to try rapid-rise if I ever get my hands on a derailleur.
I'm tubed. I've never tried tubeless. I don't ride this bike daily so I'd worry about sealant pooling up.
Yep, glow in the dark nalgene. I agree, it's a handy thing. Glow in the dark tent guy ropes would be good too!!

Woah, this is superb! Love it all, including the Carradice (?) and the RSF sticker on the downtube. Can attest that rapid rise with friction is the bees knees; one of those things that doesn't seem worth the change and then you do it and everything else (friction wise, at least) feels inferior.
Did The Woods tempt you with tubeless or are you tubed as Grant intended?
Edit: Also, is that a glow-in-the-dark Nalgene? One of my best ever purchases for camping as you can always find your bottle in a dark tent without resorting to head torch!
