Looks lovely. Or dangerous?
Dread the day when the next furry creature leaves us. Hopefully far away. -

Omg.
Perfect tuxedo cat. Such ears! -

I miss all my cats. Think that is normal. Some times I see them in the corner of my eye.
Even love the cats on here, seeing the photos makes them part of my life. When they are ill or any thing happens to them I feel sad.
Remember the both your life and theirs was brilliant together.

She’s so cute! Mischievous looking face for sure aha.

I remember him. Impossible not to fall under his spell, just with a couple of photos. What a magnificent creature. A cat amongst cats. I nearly got a Maine Coon because of him.

This little fluff ball of trouble has just joined our clan. She’s an absolute joy and a total handful in equal measure!
Already rules the house

He was very special, had an amazing ability to communicate.
Very special bond with my wife , and despite his looks he was very gentle.
When he wanted to be , and very scary when in a mood. -

Cute. Love tortoiseshell cats. So much personality.

It's awful that they don't live long enough. Guaranteed heartbreak. I've not really seen the point of anything since mine died in January. My future was very much built around her.

Yeah, she’s hilarious, bonkers and incredibly affectionate. We’re all smitten

Multi coloured toe bean cuteness.

Rare moment of peace before he goes full on zooomies .
We forget he’s only just over a year and so still very kittenish.

Oh fuck. Plants and cats are a minefield.
Hope cat is better soon/nothing really bad happened!

He was sick, hence the googling, but seems fine. At the pet hospital now waiting to find out from the vet what they want to do 🤞

Plants and cats are a minefield
I have tried (and failed) to try and ask florists for cat-safe bouquets and house plants.
I am reasonably convinced that there is a business opportunity here for something like Bloom & Wild but entirely pet safe.

On a drip with blood tests for a few days. Most cats live, but some die from kidney failure 😢

Good to hear cat seems fine.
Edit bc new post: oh shit. Not entirely fine then.@Velocio yes, one would think florists would now what stuff can be harmful for cats, but they (mostly, think before we upped our knowledge one person seemed informed) don't have a clue.
And if I was getting flowers/plants online "we have a cat safe filter" marketing would definitely get me, yes. -

Last year I ate a hot cross bun, left my plate out for two minutes and the cat ate a stray raisin off the plate immediately. Off he went to get his stomach evacuated the poor sod. A single raisin can kill a cat :(
He was fine after that, they got it out pretty quick.Sending best wishes for your little one J0nathan

Cheers all. Noticing quickly and getting the treatment started as soon as possible seems to be very important, so glad I was able to act fast. Poor little dude.
Hadn’t realised about raisins - will need to be on guard with that, having kids around.
Beautiful girl.
