Anyone here got anything good or bad to say about rotary quartz? Not got a huge budget but been tasked with getting a small watch in gold, saw some rotary in a jewellery shop, and they are the closest to price and style I've found.

I've also been pointed towards maven?

Really no idea where to go if it's not a Casio or way to expensive.

With similar criteria I went with a Citizen, looked at a few fashion brands but they all looked a bit cheap. To be honest it has rarely been worn so not sure how well it wears over time but the eco drive movement is going fine (which I expected).

Thank you for this. I have gone with the tiny citizen eco drive in gold stainless. It was far and away the nicest feel in the price range. Now fingers crossed it will be the right choice to have made.
