Battle of the M&S fancy supermarket options. The Classic on the right and Collection on the left. Both well filled as you'd expect of an M&S mincer - no 'Scrooge's Air Pockets' to be seen here.
Both good mincers, pastry was really short and crisp on the Collection which was the best part - I would have been happy to just eat the lid like a biscuit. It had fancier decoration on top. The Collection mince was a bit dark, strong and a little sour and sophisticated for my taste (7/10). The classic was the best all rounder for me, pastry was still nice but the mince was a bit sweeter and more balanced. Would mince again (8/10).
