I was a 20-a-day B&H Gold smoker, for over 20 years.
Lunch in the pub every day, with a few smokes.Mrs booked me on a hypnosis stop-smoking session nearly 20 years ago.
It was like a switch - instant stop, no craving, in pub next day, mates all smoking, no issue for me.Still haven't touched one since then - I am amazed.
That has saved me over £95 000 by current prices!
The hypnosis session was £80 , best investment I've ever made. -

I gave up about 12 years ago.
I wouldn’t be able to run or cycle with any real commitment if I continued smoking.
Champix on the NHS fixed a 20-odd year heavy addiction in about 2 weeks. -

One of the best things I ever did was pack up smoking.I smoked alo t when I was in my twenties, early thirties. Was making me feel very ill ,feeling sick, could never clear my throat properly, broken teeth, bad, bad skin.Dry hair, dry cut lips. The list goes on.It rots you slowly to death.

Guess who just lost a (much cheaper €5.50) pack of American Spirit again...at a party, again.
Just tried something called Riverstone, disgusting.

Just smoked a cig for the first time in forever. Strange how something like that comes back after years of not thinking about it like a dodgy ex.
Weird times.
