Yeah sorry that was me. Far from incomprehensible, I was actually yelling a traditional Arapaho greeting of "Héébee, Koonééni'ííni?" (hello, how's it going?).
I don't think they understood though as they were most certainly French.

So many people riding like dicks on the cycle lane on Constitution Hill including a psychopath on a Santander bike who roared some incomprehensible noise at some tourists who had the temerity to walk in the cycle lane.
Yes it's a cycle lane and it's annoying I get it, but you need professional help if you think screaming at people because you can't go full gas is some how acceptable.
