  • So I pulled out of drilling the seat post clamp for the cinelli and ended up with a black quick release for the Se Ripper. In consultation of the disappointment I stumbled across an slr s1 saddle without the usual hipster tax. The rails on the stripped/trimmed 90's flite titanium after 10years of use eventually bent and the plastic shell has started to crack. Anything more than 10km or beyond an hour of seat time has been a no go for a while. I've replaced it with a flite carbonio and never really fell in love with it. I finally found an S1 with carbon shell and manganese rails to get on with. I've seen older carbon slr xp's cloaked in electric tape and worn seat rail markings for almost double what I paid. Purchased from an older gentleman on market place who bought into the 3d printed Selle saddles... Even though it is marked as a test saddle the rails are mint with all the markings and the white leather cover is immaculately well kept without any scuffs or holes.
