The guys buzzing glue with the money for a SR8 even tho they are prob rarer than the best one.
1st one you've posted is my fav, the race link.

Cheese and crackers they're making big money... they do look beastly but those head tube angles are so steep by modern standards that they really aren't that appealing...
Blasphemy// I'd probably just get a Marino built to same specs with a slacker geometry ?

I don't think people ride these anymore, it's just a collector's item
-
• #6869
Yeah and if they are rode its once in a blue moon. There's one guy on that facebook group that's got about 50 brooklyns.

Wow,this thread never dies.I had a thing about Brooklyn machine works when I was in my twenties. It was THE bike company that really was above the others.I had many bikes in my life, never owned a Brooklyn though. At the age of54 I'm still addicted to cycling and would still love a gangsta track set up with drops for the road and cyclocross.Maybe one day when I can afford it!

I have an endless lifetime,it's the only one in the u.k .Very similar to the park bike ,maybe a little more niche if that's the right word.24 inch rear,26 inch front.Incredible bike.I got it imported from North carolina when I was about thirty years old.on its third respray now, looking used but I like it like that.Stainless headbage, gloss black.
