Think that makes sense. I wouldn’t worry too much about the toilet visibility, it’s not 1895, doubt anyone will faint at the sight.
I love our window-into-shower so you could do that.

How will you get into the shower?
If there's a door rather than it being open-ended, will you easily get in next to the bath or will it be a bit of a shimmy?

Where's the main drain?
Transportation of waste from the toilet with minimum horizontal run is critical to a long term happy life.

I'd double-check the regs on electric/water to ensure your MVHR plant isn't breaching by being near the bath/basin.
I'd also check the filter change/service clearance on the MVHR, or would it be above the edge of the bath?

Work on turning a bedroom into bathroom is about to start, so gotta decide on the layout sharpish. Any comments on the proposed plan below?
