There is every chance my 3yr old son might mistake this for his Fisher Price hammer, gonna have to keep it out of his reach

Massive love from me,wanted to buy a couple of items over summer but funds didn't permit. Looking to collect like yourself but must shift some stuff first

Always the way!
It doesn't work out too expensive to buy direct from Japan tbh. Just gotta save up for a couple of bits to make the £20 shipping worth it!

The decathlon one is very good, especially for the price.

Good point. I'm going to make it happen

Those of of you who don’t just throw tools into semi-neat piles in a toolbox, where are you getting your cubed foam? Ideally not in 1m sheets which is what I seem to be able to find online.
I don’t need much, just a small amount to hold some lighting/sound adapters I don’t want rolling around in a toolbox with some other stuff. Shame Maplin closed their stores, was my go to for this kinda thing

Late, but I expect better from you. The 4.3 is crap. Get the 3.3. Much better.

I've used the Park cable cutter for years, but then you often need a "dibbler" to open up a brake cable. Does anyone have experience with the IceToolz 67A5, which has a conditioner for cut ends built in.

Both of them seem completely pointless if you can't loosen stiff links

I quite like the CT-3.3
The pins could be better -

If you hate chain whips - I can recommend these. covers 10-14t smallest sprockets, and indestructible ! £18 from Decathalon

If I were you, I'd see if your young'un would do a swap, his FP hammer is probably more sturdy ;-) A friend and I have both had the full set (when they were £100 delivered), he is a very experienced mechanic, and this was his first experience..

Yeah I'm not convinced about the lockring tool, tbh, and that's why I've not got one. The chainwhip I've got hopefully should be stronger than that^

They've got 25 year warranty though, haven't they?

Is that 3d printed? I have a few small sanders but this one is a favourite :-

It is 3d printed yeah. 15 min and a penny or so of filament.
Perfect for tidying up the underside of other 3d printed bits.

Not got a 3d printer yet. Are they as painful to operate as normal printers?

"PC Load letter, what the fuck does that mean?!"

That's rad.
Can highly recommend the OG version:
