I'm going to replace my cassette (and maybe chainrings) in spring I reckon. Would I notice any difference between a 105 and Ultegra version? The weight difference seems minimal (and isn't that important to me anyway) so is the performance any different? Alternatively, is there anyone else making an 11 speed 11-28t cassette that's worth looking at?
Same question for chainrings I suppose, is it worth spending the extra on a fancier version of a set of 34-50t chainrings or should I stick to 105?
