  • Im having a customer dispute, my shop did a refund for a customer. They are saying they did not receive it.
    Of course I have receipts etc my end but they are refusing to accept they have been refunded.
    It was over the phone, all details matched and were verified (it wouldnt go through otherwise?)
    Im very cautious to preserve the reputation Ive built up, especially after the rep the shop had.

    Ive no experience in this whatsoever.

    Would the Shops bank statement show the customers name on the refund? Im assuming it would be a transaction, showing up similar to a personal account.

    I dont want to look stupid if I ask accounts, theyre horrid at the best of times. The customer wont provide statements.

  • I might have missed something, but if your accounts team won't help or can't help with this issue which is clearly in their wheelhouse, then you may need to get a new accounts team... :)
