The normal time frame for refunds to be processed is 7-10 days. We used to have to deal with this all the time. It’s a real ache. I’d only refund with the card reader so I could send/give or WhatsApp them a photo of the receipt straight away. And still they would think you were up to something. Tell them you’ll contact the bank etc and string them along, the money will turn up.
Oh you’ll normally only see card or account numbers, not names.
