Had a little go on a fully restored 1967 Triumph Bonneville yesterday eve and am rather smitten. Aside from the brakes (which work fine, just lack feel) and a not unpleasant thrum, it felt nimble and fun. Shift, clutch and engine were excellent and it sounded fab.
Still wouldn't have one, but I can see why people like them.
