FS: Kona Ute Longtail, cargo bike / kid transporter, and Yuba Monkey Bars, Polisport Guppy and more

Kona Ute Longtail bike for sale.

It has served me (and my daughter) well, but she's got bigger (and I've got older) so we've upgraded to something electric.

It is the model with 650b wheels, I think some years they had 700c.
You can't see it in the miserable grey weather but its actually got a nice dark red sparkly paint job.
There are a few scratches here and there, but nothing major.

Changes from stock:

• I've added an abus frame lock for the rear wheel, you'll get that plus keys.
  
• I've changed the stock tyres to Schwalbe Big Bens, no punctures in the year or so they have been on there, and still look practically new.
  
• When I got it it didn't come with the kona deflopilator. I bought a replacement (non-kona) one but didn't use it that much. It is currently off the bike, but I'll include that with all the fitting kit and instructions.
  
• The pannier bags are great. Can fit loads in and they fold out the way when not using them. But, the buckle clips are not the highest quality. One broke and I've replaced it with a sea to summit repair buckle, which works fine but I had to leave part of the old buckle in place to tighten it up. Doesn't affect how it works in practice though.
  
• I drilled a couple of holes in the deck to fit the monkey bars and lengthened the two cut out areas so that I could fit the polisport guppy seat. None of this affects how the deck works, but I think you can get replacements if you wanted one.

As my daughter got older it was harder to get her in over the monkey bars so we took them off and used the Thorn Stoker stem extension to give her a pair of handlebars to hold.
The polisport Guppy older kids seat is rated for kids up to 35kg. It clamps onto the deck, but can be removed by hand in a few minutes if you want to use the deck to carry cargo. It comes with footrests and wheel covers that I will include in the sale, though I don't think you could fit them to this bike with the pannier bags there.
