They are N O T hookless!!! ( unless I’m wrong and hookless actually have a hook)
That is very interesting! Wonder if it applies to the 700c version too. Or perhaps they made a mistake in copying the text from the 700c model to the 650b.
Edit: The image of the rims on the Prime website shows a different profile for 650B vs 700C. Funnily enough the 650B has a £50 higher MSRP than the 700C, perhaps to do with the idea that hooked rim manufacturing is more complex and expensive than hookless. However the text on the 650B page mentions hookless as well. How puzzling.

Well where to start?
They are nicely packaged, they came with 12mm end caps fitted, 15mm end caps in a bag, qr end caps in the same bag, 4 spokes in another bag, 4 nipples, 1 10 speed spacer and 2 valves in yet another bag and an instruction manual in a bag containing the other bags.
They look round and spin without a wobble. They are impressively light, make a bit of a racket from the hub, but not too obnoxious.
The graphics are painted on, some of that is sparkly brown(!)
The rim tape had come unstuck and won’t restick.
The valve are super cheap and nasty.
But…
They are N O T hookless!!! ( unless I’m wrong and hookless actually have a hook)
For the price and the use I intend I’d, say I’m happy.
I’d say the £249 Rlibble Level ones I’ve got are better tbh
