Having an absolutely horrid time with Pro Direct Sports.
Bought a pair of runners off them that had a fault. Returned them on their advice. Only they're saying they've not received them, even though I have the tracking and an email from one of their CS agents saying they arrived on the 2nd October.
They're saying they can't prove it as I don't have a receipt from the post office confirming address. Thing is it was all through their portal, I didn't get to chose the address / service etc. just a QR code I took to post office. Not even 100% sure they gave me a receipt.
Anyway, so I started a PayPal dispute, loaded in all the tracking, the confirmation email, the proof of delivery etc. They've come back just saying that Pro Direct Sports have agreed to a full refund, but only when I return the shoes! Couldn't believe it, do they even read the info provided? So I've added it all again...
Is there anything more to do? Complaint to CEO? Does that stuff even work anymore?
