He's been hampered by his UCI ranking, which determines where you are gridded. He started in the season in the high thirties, but is getting closer to the top ten, which means he'll get front row starts soon.

he was in the first row on the race before Dublin (urban cross?) but was in about 20th position after the first couple of corners. I loved how when he finally reached the leaders he went straight to the front; he seems to have loads of confidence.
