It’s just a modern light fitting where the whole lot (driver, LEDs and bracket) goes in the bin if one part fails.
Search “LED downlight” for replacements. They aren’t expensive, and the ceiling hole should be a standard size.
(You could also replace them with GU10 sockets and LED bulbs, though it’ll probably work out the same price)
Sadly it's far from a standard size. I'll measure once kiddo falls asleep, but it's a massive thing compared to what I'm used to.
