Anyone know what this is called? It’s honestly the strangest cloud formation I’ve ever seen, in that it wasn’t spectacular in scale etc but seemingly a tiny anomaly. This was shot near Cheddar yesterday and the wind was blowing hard in what felt like freezing temps. These little cloud tentacles looked maybe 80-100ft across and weren’t moving much. Thought it could be some kind of hyper-local snowfall perhaps?
