I was being a touch facetious, but only I touch. I have friends from Paris who are sound but they're the exception to the rule tbh.
The minute you get outside of the île-de-France it's comical how different people are. Paris is better than it was 10 years ago but that's not really saying much. The cuntiness of Parisiens is a big part of it's charm if it got nice it'd just be weird.

We ended up in a really 'local' restaurant one Sunday afternoon that was well away from the tourist trail and had a great conversation with an older parisien couple (in English....) whose son was living in Bristol. They aren't all cunts.
