  • Nice. Never had to deal with their support, but have considered asking them for advice. I do like the Premio - looks and feels very 'premium' lol, but it does bulge up too much carrying even the bare minimum...

  • I have one and I am disappointed even though I paid very little for it once I stacked up all the credits.

    It is keep falling apart - seems to me like a design issue or I dont know how to pack it (I tried multiple ways/times - same result)

  • Premio or Asymmetrico? My Premio has been solid until recently, but there was one thing early on I noticed that caused it to open early on - having my saddle too far forward.

    I've had other saddle rolls fall out of place too. The most secure for me have been by far the Topeak ones with the rigid, saddle-mounting clip. I also swapped out to Voille(?) straps on my other rolls - much more secure than any strap or boa I've used!
