I did training a long time ago with Square Mile. Looking back on it, I'm sure you could get a similar amount of knowledge from YouTube these days.
I'm not sure how useful it would be going to a place, depending on the knowledge you already have, but we were fortunate to get them to come to us as part of an install.
It sounds obvious but what was really beneficial was having someone else showing the "proper" outcome on the machine we were using, and then being able to replicate that with feedback.
