It only has 111mm of travel but is not really a ‘down country’ bike: the suspension feels more than it is (with 130mm forks), it has a low bb like modern long/slack trail bikes and it feels incredibly rowdy and poppy going downhill. I’d say that makes it most suited to trail centres but I’ve been happy doing most things on it, albeit sometimes quite slowly, it is quite burly
