This takes me right back, I had a giant lead acid battery and 75W of dual halogen power.
Created awesome steam when rain or snow hit the front glass.

Love it. Winter trail riding at night with home made studded tired and lighting systems with shit flying everywhere and frozen brakes. Awesome kid shit.

Found some old pics of my efforts. I think the small one was a gillette can.
And then a three Cree Q5 light made from 4 pieces of box section aluminium.

I was into this back in the day, first with 12v halogen bulbs in plumbing fittings and then later led optics and bflex controllers.
Is that a lumicycle housing?
