It will be hot water dispenser to kettle but I can just bang it on the hob straight after if its an issue. I tested the clever dripper temp with kettle and dispenser and it was only couple of degrees lower from the dispenser, makes zero difference to the coffee.
V60 only gets used when we've got people round and I need to make for more than just me and my wife. Can the Hario and Stagg be used on induction and gas? We've got gas in the place we're renting but when we buy a place we'll be getting induction so I'd rather not buy something I'll have to replace in a year.

A different suggestion, a v60 drip assist and just pour directly from your hot tap.

Buono is good for gas & induction (I've got induction and no issues here), Stagg looks to be good for gas but not induction (at least going by the description here: https://fellowproducts.com/products/stagg/)
I realise we're talking small samples sizes here, but I've had the Buono (not painted) for a good few years and no drips from mine. No experience with the Stagg though.
Are you going to be going from hot water dispenser, to kettle, to V60? Might be worth checking if you'll be losing too much temperature when doing that (no idea on the magnitude of the effect to be honest, I heat mine on a hob)
