  • I second the recommendation for Brasserie Sacrilège, if you like that sort of thing. Pretty dry and tannic, which isn’t always my thing, but they’re good.

    Brasserie du Mont Salève rarely disappoints, often exceptional, across all styles. And not a million kilometres from Lyon.

  • Picked up a bottle of Brasserie du Mont Salève Abricot on my last trip to Paris. Looking forward to trying it alongside the Sacrilège Abricot.
