Wanted: A very small bike

As above, looking to pick up a small bike to give as a gift, to suit someone that's around 5'3"

Not sure on sizing, perhaps a 46-49cm frame? Open to suggestions on this.

Looking for something old and interesting, preferably steel. Wouldn't mind if it's a project.

Ideally reasonably priced and in London
