Heh, they kind of did a multicoloured Model 1 at the end of the V1 production, before they went to the current V2 case/dial/hands. Basically they had collected all the random leftover enamel powder up from their regular production and used it to make a short run of dials.
Painting a sign the other day I dropped some enamel paint on my gshock… thought in for a penny in for a pound and splattered it.
Wore it to an exhibition launch yesterday and it got more attention than any of my other watches have ever got.
