If you like mixed fermentation beers, look out for Brasserie Sacrilège. Based in Montpellier but I've seen their beers in Paris, Nantes and Marseille, so they have decent distribution. Highly recommended.

Cool, I'll keep an eye out. France has massively upped it's beer game there's an insane amount of local stuff in shops now.

Bit too much "blonde, brune, ambree" from most breweries tho IMO.
