That looks not too bad, the right hand edge of the hammer is a bit low, but it should work ok. But it doesn’t take much to make them act up. I dropped an expensive one when fitting a Roman blind it looked fine but didn’t fire 2 staples one after the other again. They did replace it, but only because it was only I day old. They really are sensitive things.
