So that’s actually a good question - I know that the Ultegra version of that ring fits both Ultegra and Dura Ace cranks, as I’ve used one on both.
The Garbaruk website states:
it may be installed on most other 110 BCD (4-bolt) asymmetric cranksets, but the chainring arms will not be aligned properly
That largely follows my understanding - it will fit but it won’t align exactly with the crank arms.
I’ve always used the bolts from my existing crankset with these rings.

Daft question I’m sure but would the garbaruk ring fit a 105 r7000 crank, and if so does it require new bolts ?
