Fingers crossed. I think finding a match for the micro switch is my first task. I'm going to pull the board out again and see if there's a serial number on it.

Also, I have to try and work out what im going to do with all the jump-up dnb 12"s the guy I bought the decks off forced me to take off his hands :-D

I’m after something like that at the moment. Might have one sorted, but it has a non-fatal fault. Ideally would like one that’s fully working.

Yeah, sorry, all my kit went a while ago. I quite liked that mixer. Simple and effective. If I was to buy more I'd probably get an A&H controller now and go fully digi.

Shame, yeah it’s got pretty much all the stuff I need and not much more.

My main need is level lights for master / cue not just master l/r as I play lots of old records of varying volumes and that helps massively. Surprisingly hard to find in the cheaper end of the spectrum.

I didn't even think about that but yeah it helps when you have different source material and even if it's all CD based or whatever, the level differences on 90s techno versus 2020s techno always seem pretty big.

My hearings pretty rubbish with background noise so I always used to rely heavily on them in noisy bars and clubs.

Just bagged a Vestax PCV 275 on Ebay for a pretty good price. Slight issue with phono on one channel, but my decks (Stanton str8 100s) can output at line level.
Having a gold mixer's going to improve my skillz immeasurably, right?

Just asked deck Dr about fixing the pilot lights on my Vestax PDX 2300 pro, and he doesn't do it. Anyone else to try in the east London area?

My decks will shortly be moving out of my twins' bedroom into their own bedroom
