Yep, founded in the US in the 70s. Allegedly a big Motocross following. Think that CCM used the company for suspension bits on the r30 bike.

Even tho the company is known as WP, the rear shocks had white power stamped on it. So not parts just WP. Feels odd to write those words.

They used to be Dutch, no? Owned by Pierer Group / KTM now. I have WP forks on one of my RS125s, from the early 90s and they are just WP. I remember picking up springs from their UK HQ near Silverstone and they were all a bit embarrassed by the old name.
