Not done it in over a decade so no idea.
I tend to just do the auction or vintage asking price thing every 5 years.

I’ve used Prestige Valuations in the past.

£65!! Wow.

Thank you!

Yeah, it’s gone up considerably since I last used them - £45 in 2019! We subsequently changed insurer and all man bangles fall under a catchall jewellery clause.

Their watch cases are literally the best cases. They're incredibly high quality.
from your local bank vault to your home safe, our premium cases will work very well.

All of the ones mentioned are great, I’d go with the best deal / discount you can get.
-

Haha, they really do meet that vibe. Nice but so very, very pricey.

Thank you. And final, probably silly question. If I were to want to replace the buckle on say, the watchgecko strap with my original clasp, how does one remove the buckle? Presumably it's a pin type affair? They don't 'build' the strap around it do they?

Most use a springbar similar to lugs.

I really want a JLC Master Ultra Thin. Sub-seconds blue ideally. 36mm moon phase also looks wonderful.
Absolutely no ability to purchase one, just aspirational dreaming. But it's such a beautifully classic design with no hint of faux vintage.

As Giles says, it's generally a small spring bar.

Unfortunately, this unreleased white dial speedy looks lovely.

I can’t get passed this picture to even read the words, how loose must this bracelet be?
Edit: Also missed a trick with no radial number sub-dials.

Watch lot online seem to be going mad for this. I think the dial looks a bit crowded. Price is okish

Date window seems bit of an afterthought

It could do without that compass ring imo
-
• #75169
That a compass on the inner bezel? Is it active?
-
• #75170
It rotates when you rotate the lower crown.

That's what people mainly complain about
I personally like that watch.
Similar to this, perhaps dressier, one

There's a version without.
The Baby Alpinist I think it's known asSPB155J1 and a couple of others with similar dial colours

Maybe I'm just disappointed it doesn't make me want a 16570 any less.
Never trust the clickbait -
• #75174
What would be the likely functional use of this? The wearer has to know which way is north to set the bezel.. then what?

You point it towards the sun https://www.citizenwatch-global.com/support/exterior/direction.html
Thanks so much. I had actually already shortlisted the Watch gecko strap you mention.. Lovely! However at full rrp it's no cheaper than TST offerings. Do you tend to favour one over the other. Much obliged sir
