What fork?
I’ve added them on my Fox and checked them on my Rock Shox, it’s really easy.
There’s “really easy” and “really easy but if I do this wrong I will fuck up a £700 fork” and frankly that’s a level of pressure I don’t need in bike maintenance (where I routinely fuck things up)
It’s literally, let the pressure out, unscrew cap, attach spacer(s), screw it back on and re-pressurise.
You’d have to be trying pretty hard to cock it up.
My RS fork uses a cassette lockring tool to undo the cap, the Fox needs a spanner, I bought one off eBay for like, £5 or £10.
