I live just up the road from there but have never been in for whatever reason! Is the fruit and veg decent then?

If they optimise the throw aerodynamically (spinning like an American football) it would generate less friction against the air, and therefore require less energy.
I’d say carrying is marginally more efficient though, because of marginal losses in the throwing and lifting process.

Thanks all. I'll experiment tomorrow and report back.
Disappointing, I didn't get to experiment with throwing logs. Carried about 20 per time in a big sack. Felt like a shit Santa.

Where can one find brake cable with barrels on both ends. Need it to
repair a proprietary braking system.2 months too late, but wheeled walking-aid frames have this type of brake cable. …and thinking about it, I presume prams/stroller buggies will have similar(?)

Thanks for this info, I have started a soft plastic recycling bag now! Surprising how much I have already put in there.

I have some data in table form in Notion which I update relatively regularly. I would like to build a simple website with a replica table that updates automatically when I change that data.
Is there an easier alternative to Notion I'm overlooking? I believe I'd need to go to some third party API fiddling source to get a Notion table to embed on a web page.
I currently have Google and Microsoft accounts (so Excel/Sheets etc) so presumably if i set the permissions correctly I could do something similar there? What about style etc? What's going to be the easiest to carry over so fonts are correct?
Competitors who have similar data tend to just create a jpeg or pdf and embed it which is fine visually but seems like more work to update.
I'm allergic to wordpress. I already have hosting so don't want squarespace etc.

I've never got round to using it but Google Sheets has Publish to Web under the Share menu that looks like it would do exactly what you want.

I'm trying to find a way of creating a 'drip lip' on the underside edge of a flat painted aluminium window lintel, to prevent rainwater from sticking to it, running around the underside and causing problems with the window frame. It's not possible to physically modify the window lintel.
My initial thought was applying a strip of some kind of 'hydrophobic tape'; Google isn't coming with the goods as well as expected.
Does such a 'hydrophobic tape' exist? If not, any other solutions?

Is there a website out there that lets you filter projectors by features. Something like GSM Arena, but projectors.

Anyone that sells them should take it, eg a petrol station. Probably needs to be the same brand.

Thanks. Yes purchased with deposit a good few years ago, house moved since and any paperwork long gone. Will ask at local Esso if they want it, could be easier than booking tip visit.

I needed a spare and answered a Marketplace ad for one so you could try that and just leave it out for them to collect.
-
• #119499
You can probably sell it for £30 empty (Assuming it is Calor or FloGas)

Sell it to whom?
Thanks all. I'll experiment tomorrow and report back.
