OMG this xbox bangs! Came with 3 months game pass ultimate, very very good games! If this level of gaming starts at £249, it has come a long way!

they just can't stop doing remasters!
At least it includes new content, 3 extra levels that were cut from the original and a new survival mode. 10$/€/£ if you own the original -

The campaign is so good. Properly fun all the way through with zero fat.

I still have my original CD and game key. It is 25 years old. I don't think a single game has impacted me as much as this one did.
Nor has a single game similarly impacted the industry.

Currently in the middle of my third play through. It's extraordinary. It's very funny. Very buggy. Very detailed. Very hard. Very rewarding.
You can't swim. Can't read. Can't fight. You stink. But you can pick all the nettles in sight and eventually earn a perk that increases your strength with every herb, flower or mushroom you gather.
My first play through I gave up. Second play was brilliant. Now on my third and I've discovered the same amount of content again that I missed the first times. The map is huge and if you fast travel everywhere it might seem sparse but actually wandering through medieval forests with a bow is amazing. Incredible historical attention to detail. Good wiki system with trivia of middle ages europe. Maddening missions (monastery... If you know you know). Highly recommend the DLC as well as the game.

My 11 year old son has been working his way through BL3 (made by Gearbox) and started Portal yesterday.
Opposing forces is so, so good. As good as HL.
If I can get my ashes launched into space after I die, I want it to be accompanied by the sound of the original HL MP5 grenade launcher.

My favorite game ever too. Got me 8nto modern era gaming. HL was a game changer on many levels. The sound, pacing, variety of weapons and enemies, and especially the enemy AI.
Recently played the remaster, black mesa on steam which looked amazing -

Loved all the mods too. The one on the spaceship, the zombie one, the wild west one, the one when you played as the security bloke. There were more

I've just bought THPS 1+2 from the XBox store. First time I've ever downloaded a game, and something seems to have fucked up (or I've fucked it up).
Game opens on the Select Mode screen, and you can use the LB/RB buttons to go through the Hub/Skater/Skate Shop/Challenges/Profile screens. Can play around on all those screens - except the Hub screen, which I suspect is the one that actually starts the game.
I assume you need to use the Skate Tours button on the Hub screen to choose THPS 1 or 2, but that button is not available. Can't find anything online which refers to a similar issue. Anyone?

What a lovely game Dredge is. Loving crusing around in my boat. Nice little story in the background too.
Made it to the credits of RE2 remake before canning it for daylight hours....

Positive review 😂
this is what I wanted to hear! series X looks like a good match for me, weirdly (maybe because of black friday?) pricing at CEX used and new is about the same.
