Jerusalem artichoke, sage, bit of cheese and some truffle oil. (...) asparagus, purple sprouting broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes

Gotta admit I'm not a fan of fancy pants toppings like that but gotta say these do look good 👌

I just went with what looked good in the local veg shop. Worked out alright. (Asparagus was yellow label from the co-op, out of season it's never great but the other veg was local)
