They look pretty light and compact. Worth getting in stead of a 2 person for solo Bikepacking? Or is it just too big?

I have the 2 person and kind of wish I had the 3 person. Weight penalty isn't much and the extra room means I could share it, whereas the 2 man is more a solo or very cramped 2.
