I would imagine they'll dump those onto regular GCN over the next couple of years and stop making new ones. "Free" content for youtube ad revenue.

I'm trying to work out where the main races are covered on French TV as I can get a box from my folks to watch here (I'm in Europe).

I guess it depends who owns the gcn+ films.

Discovery plus is exactly what Eurosport player used to be (plus a load of other crappy tv). On the basic package, which I have as a yearly sub, there are advert free streams of basically all cycling stuff. If you watch the E1 or E2 branded streams those do have adverts. Can’t remember when I last watched something without advert free option. Also has many other language options.

As INRNG just posted it's weird Discovery will just let 1000s of CGN+ subs just disappear without any attempt at retention

Can we all just start lobbying itv 4 to show the giro and the vuelta again as well as Tour de France. Other than the adverts a lot of their coverage is better anyway. The highlights definitely so.

The responses on here highlight very clearly that people like watching cycling via streaming services, they just don't want to pay for it.

I meant more all the silly films. But yes, I log in using my father's account because I'm cheap. But I don't watch much racing now. And itv is better for the tour anyway.
