What are the forks? Are they steel? They look too skinny to be carbon.
I'm in the process of similarly greying up my ti bike, with a quill and a straight bladed chrome Columbus Max fork that I'm getting built and hope to have in the next month. Going to fit with a Campag triple and some silver Chorus hubs and silver Archetype rims, and your build has convinced me leaning into the full grey look will look great.
I've got the saddle and pedals but ti looking tape is so far proving more difficult to find than I expected, as I've mentioned on the bar tape thread.

Well, finished my Wheeler project today, it’s not a real V1 but will do for now.. (I’m working on a Record carbon/ti 10 speed version, with decent wheelset etc)
8,8kg as it, ride smooth, quite happy
