So are they going to move subscribers over to other services or do these services already exist? I don't know what the fuck Discovery+ is.

That's the thing, they are just just cutting everyone with GCN+ subs loose and not even trying to retain them and you have to find your own way to the other options which are a Discovery+ subscription for streaming only or add to your TV package.
To confuse things GCN the Youtube channel and website continues but they are also up for sale per a report from September.
