  • Why are these rated F?

HFCDL G9 LED Bulbs, Natural White 4000K, 3W Equivalent to 28W/30W/33W Halogen Light Bulbs, 300 Lumens Non-dimmable AC 220V-240V Energy Saving Bulbs for Chandelier Home Lighting Decor 12 Packs https://amzn.eu/d/0kj6oJD

I thought led bulbs were meant to be efficient.

As above, 100lm/w would have been an A+ rating in old money and is still fine. If the lamp does the job it needs to i'd be paying more attention to the power consumption. High efficacy fittings (lm/w) quite often draw more power therefore to achieve a higher efficacy average for building regs like Part L people use higher power fittings which pushes up the w/m². I've done some low energy schemes successfully using fittings with low efficacy/efficiency's.
